He’s been a fan of Harley Davidson motorcycles since his earliest days of riding with his dad, and now Nic Bosquez has the pleasure of working with the renowned bikes every day.
At Faribault Harley Davidson, where Bosquez has worked as parts and rental manager for the past three years, the going couldn’t get any better.
“I’ve had a few different jobs and have seen different things,” he said. “The thing that keeps me, at the heart of it, is that I look around and think wow, this is what I do for work.”

Karen DeLuca may be a behind-the-scenes woman, but the work she does at Richie Eye Clinic in Faribault is invaluable.
“We would absolutely be at a standstill without her,” clinic owner Dr. Michael Richie said. “Most people never see her, but she has her hand in everything.”
DeLuca has worked for Dr. Richie since 2001 and was one of the first employees of his business.
Initially, her job description included “a little bit of everything” — whatever it took to keep the business flowing as smoothly as possible.
