The relationship between the city of Saint Peter and the Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership was so successful and created such a buzz, Saint Peter City Administrator Todd Prafke and SWMHP Director Rick Goodemann were asked to talk about the effort at a recent affordable housing symposium in Philadelphia.
The two were able to brag, if you will, about two “very successful” developments — Nicollet Meadows and Washington Terrace — that were built because of the relationship.
