When Grow Minnesota! was launched in 2003, nobody really knew how successful the endeavor would be.
Initiated by the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, carried out in partnership with more than 50 local chambers of commerce and economic development organizations from across the state, Grow Minnesota! is the state’s first “purely private sector, statewide business retention and expansion program.”
